Questions about your booking

How can I sign up for an ArtNight?

Select your city on to see all the events offered near you. Each ArtNight focuses on a specific theme, which you can see in the detailed event view. Add the desired number of tickets to your shopping cart and choose your preferred payment method. You will then receive a confirmation email. There’s no need to print your confirmation – your name will be on the guestlist when you arrive.

Can I rebook my ArtNight ticket?

Rebooking your ticket is only possible in exceptional cases. Since ArtNights are events similar to concerts or a cinema visit, the possibility of a rebooking is not obligatory. If you need to change your booking, please contact us 48 hours ahead of the ArtNight at [email protected], and we will try to find a solution. Please keep in mind that our artists have to plan and organize the ArtNight.

I have a voucher, how do I redeem it?

Lucky you! We can’t wait for you to join us at an ArtNight! Redeeming your voucher is easy. Choose your desired ArtNight motif and date via our website. After you have added this to your basket you can redeem your voucher by using the input “Voucher Code” in the shopping cart when booking your ticket. You’ll find this at the very bottom of the Shopping Cart page (underneath ‘Notes about your order’). Please remember to bring your voucher (printed or digital) with you to the ArtNight event.


Questions about booked-out ArtNights

The ArtNight I want to go to is fully booked. What options do I have?

Our ArtNights are always limited to a maximum of 25 people to make the event an unforgettable experience for all participants. Unfortunately, we can not offer any more seats on a sold-out ArtNight. Keep your eyes peeled though as our popular motifs will often have other future dates which you can book for. The best way to stay up to date on upcoming events and locations is to sign up for our Newsletter.

Can I sign up for a waiting list?

With sold-out ArtNights there is no waiting list, because guests only rarely cancel. But feel free to subscribe to our newsletter and we will inform you about new dates in your city.

When will the desired motif be offered again?

Our artists have creative freedom to decide what motifs they offer in our ArtNights. If you like a motif especially well and no events with this motif are available, please send us an email to [email protected]

Questions about the ArtNight Voucher

Can I buy ArtNight as a gift?

ArtNight is a perfect gift. You can buy gift vouchers in two ways – either our voucher for self-printing or our ArtNight Gift Box via Amazon.

I have purchased a self-print voucher, where can I find the voucher?

Hurrah! Your voucher will be sent to you via email. If you have not received an email, please send a message to [email protected].

How long is the voucher valid?

The validity period can be found directly on your voucher.

Why is ArtNight not in my city yet?

We were wondering the very same!! Sign up for our newsletter and enter your desired city. ArtNight is constantly expanding so watch this space and maybe you’ll see an ArtNight in your city soon!

Who can participate in ArtNight, do I need previous knowledge?

Everyone and anyone can participate in an ArtNight. We believe there’s an inner artist inside everyone and you do not need any prior knowledge or art skills to take part!

Whether you’re a regular painter or haven’t touched a brush since primary school – we’ll make sure you have a great time and get those creative juices flowing. ArtNights are designed for adults and often take place in bars so we don’t usually recommend bringing children along..

Do I have to bring something or is the material provided?

All you need is a smile and a desire to try something new! We’ll take care of everything else: Colours, brushes, an apron and canvas will already be waiting for you in the venue.

If you’d like to purchase food or drink at the venue you’ll also need some money for that.

How is the evening/afternoon structured?

Don an apron, grab a brush and a drink and you’re ready to go! ArtNight is all about having fun whilst getting creative. Your artist will show you step-by-step how to create your own masterpiece based on the motif and all you need to do is follow their instructions. Depending on the artwork, the duration of the event may vary but our ArtNights are usually 2-3 hours long. You can find out more about each motif in the event description.

Are ArtNights for adults only?

The participants of ArtNights are mostly adults, but we also have some guests who regularly attend ArtNights with teenagers aged 14 and up.

We also occasionally offer ArtNights specifically for children and their parents. These are suitable for children aged 7 and over.

Can we sit together as a group or among friends?

That shouldn’t be a problem, but there is no seat allocation at ArtNight. Just come 15-20 minutes before the event starts if you’d like to sit next to each other. If this does not work out, just talk to your ArtNight artist at the venue.

Can I take my artwork home?

Not only can you, but you should! Whether as a birthday gift for mum, new decor for the living room or to auction it off to the highest bidder – let your creativity run wild!

What if my artwork fails?

“We do not make mistakes, just happy little accidents!” – we agree with Bob Ross! With a few minor corrections and the support of our artists, even ‘little accidents’ have been turned into something great. If something goes really wrong it is still an artwork – modern art!

Can I hold a private ArtNight?

Of course! Whether you’re looking for something unique for a hen/stag party, organising a work team event or a birthday extravaganza, we’ll work with you to make your very own personal private ArtNight. You can find more information and get in touch here.

How much does a private ArtNight cost?

Private ArtNights are entirely unique to you and the price depends on the number of people, venue etc. so there’s no fixed package price. Drop our private events team a message and we will answer as soon as possible.

Where can a private ArtNight take place?

We are mobile! We can tailor your private group ArtNight to suit you – whether that’s at your home, work, a space of your choice or in one of our partner bars and restaurants. Get in touch with our private events team who’ll gladly talk through your specific requirements with you.

Can I choose the motif we will paint?

Yes – you can freely choose the motif. Once you’ve sent your request for a private group ArtNight, we will send you our motif catalog for selection.
